Vancouver Based QA Labs Named One of Canada's Fastest Growing Companies by PROFIT Magazine
VANCOUVER, BC – June 6, 2005 – Vancouver-based QA Labs, the largest software testing lab in Canada, has been named one of Canada's fastest growing companies on the prestigious PROFIT 100 list published by PROFIT Magazine. QA Labs was also included in this year's Branham 300, a list of the top Canadian information technology companies. Being named to both lists distinguishes QA Labs as one of Vancouver's fastest growing businesses.
"Until recently QA Labs was not an immediately recognizable name in Canada. But in the last year the company has grown considerably and now employs more than 125 full-time people. We're on our way to becoming one of Vancouver's major software employers," said Wolfgang Strigel, President of QA Labs.
Ranking Canada's fastest-growing companies by five-year revenue growth, the PROFIT 100 profiles the country's most successful growth companies. Published in the June issue of PROFIT and online at PROFITguide.com, the PROFIT 100 is Canada's largest annual celebration of entrepreneurial achievement.
To win a spot on this year's PROFIT 100, QA Labs reported a five-year revenue growth of 892%.
